Here's a bit about me.

As a UX designer with a diverse background (surgical coordination, retail sales and textile design, oh my!), I bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to the product design table.

My experience as a surgical coordinator honed my skills in communication, empathy and attention to detail in order to ensure safe, successful and positive patient experiences.

From working in sales, I know the importance of understanding customer needs, motivations and pain points in order to create enjoyable experiences, influence loyalty and meet the needs of both the customer and business.

And my past work designing for textiles and physical products provides me a strong foundation in design principles, working with technical constraints, creative problem-solving, cross-department collaboration, stakeholder buy-in and a proficiency in learning and using design software.

Digital product design is a combination of all my favorite aspects from past roles. I am a problem-solver at heart and I love getting to be both creative and analytical to create a positive impact for others lives by designing intuitive, efficient and enjoyable experiences.
